Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup oats


  • 2 tbsp wheat flour


  • 1 tbsp maida


  • 1 tablespoon rice flour


  • 1 teaspoon Seasom seed


  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seed


  • 2 cups oil for frying


  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Grind oats in mixer grinder
  • Make a fine powder
  • In a big bowl take oats powder or flour, wheat flour, maida and rice flour
  • Now add seasom seed carom seed salt ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil
  • Mix all the ingredients properly
  • Now knead the dough with water
  • Make a smooth medium hard dough
  • Make puri from the dough
  • In a Kadai heat the oil and fry prepared all puris on medium flame
  • And crispy oats purees are ready
  • Serve hot with curd tomato ketchup or spicy cream cheese
