Grind oats in mixer grinder
Make a fine powder
In a big bowl take oats powder or flour, wheat flour, maida and rice flour
Now add seasom seed carom seed salt ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp oil
Mix all the ingredients properly
Now knead the dough with water
Make a smooth medium hard dough
Make puri from the dough
In a Kadai heat the oil and fry prepared all puris on medium flame
And crispy oats purees are ready
Serve hot with curd tomato ketchup or spicy cream cheese
